Former Manchester United skipper and football pundit was typically disgusted with United's performance against Olympiacos in Greece and he bared his mind on their annoying display

He was very disappointed with his former side that he singled out Midfielder, Michael Carrick's post-match interview for being as flat as the team's performance and lacking urgency.
Carrick had echoed his predecessor's thoughts on the disappointing display of the team, saying: 'It's hugely disappointing but we feel like we're still in with a chance going back to Old Trafford.
Mr Keane described the midfielder's interview after the match as 'flat' - like the team's performance in Greece
'Obviously it's not going to be easy. We've lost a game we came here hoping to win and haven't done that. We're not out of tie by all means, but it's not ideal.'

'We had good possession in the first half. We had control of the game without penetrating their line, but at same time they weren't causing us any problems.

'The goals came from nothing, but it obviously puts them in a great position. We didn't start the second half very well. A bit sloppy really.'

Keane was not satisfied with Carrick's words and he had this ‘That interview was just like their performance – flat,’
Damning: Keane said Carrick's interview was as flat as the United performance on the night

When asked what he wanted Carrick to say by Adrian Chiles, an exasperated Keane said: ‘I want him to say something. Say a bit more  - a bit more urgency in his interview - it just reflected United's performance tonight - flat, no urgency.

'They keep saying “oh well, next game, next game”, but for some of them there won't be another game. That’s the reality of it.’

This remark about Carrick did not go down well with his wife and she took to twitter to slam the former Manchester United great for  criticizing he husband

'Roy Keane what a **** says anything to provoke a reaction .. That's all .. Done ..' she tweeted.

Angry: Lisa Carrick slammed Keane for his comments, but immediately deleted the Tweet
She, however, later deleted the Tweet before posting again to say: 'Deleted my tweet .. Emotions got the better of me .. Just disappointed.'

This woman wasn't going to let anyone insult her husband. Wow!
