According to ESPN.com sources, Wade's representatives have told teams that the All-Star shooting guard is seeking a deal worth around $50 million over two years.
This leaves the salary cap-strapped Miami Heat short, who recently raised their offer to two years and approximately $40 million
In other news Pay Gasol confirmed, Tuesday that he will be joining San Antonio Spurs.
Media reports revealed on Monday that Gasol and the Spurs were finalizing a two-year deal worth more than $30 million and the deal will feature a player option in the second year, the sources said.
He averaged 16.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in 2015-16 for a Bulls team that missed the playoffs.
