NBA: Nuggets Woos Wade With $50 Million Dollars, Gasol Joins Spurs

The Denver Nuggets have offered Dwyane Wade a two-year deal worth around $50 million.

According to ESPN.com sources, Wade's representatives have told teams that the All-Star shooting guard is seeking a deal worth around $50 million over two years.

This leaves the salary cap-strapped Miami Heat short, who recently raised their offer to two years and approximately $40 million

The NuggetsChicago Bulls and the Heat, continue to be in talks with Wade, but Denver and Chicago both have more cap space than Miami.

In other news Pay Gasol confirmed, Tuesday that he will be joining San Antonio Spurs.

Media reports revealed on Monday that Gasol and the Spurs were finalizing a two-year deal worth more than $30 million and the deal will feature a player option in the second year, the sources said.

Gasol had emerged as the target of a lucrative free-agency bidding war that had also involved the Portland Trail BlazersMinnesota Timberwolves andToronto Raptors.

Thirty - six year old Gasol, spent the past two seasons with theChicago Bulls, giving them a solid offensive punch down on the blocks and provided a professional presence in the locker room.

He averaged 16.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in 2015-16 for a Bulls team that missed the playoffs.
