Former captain of Nigeria senior national football team, Joseph Tobi has denied signing for Kano pillars FC or any other football Club from the Nigeria Professional Football League.
It was widely reported that the Yobo signed for Pillars in agreement with the League Management Company,who are the custodian of the NPFL as a way of promoting the League.
It was also reported that the LMC chairman, Shehu Dikko announced the move in a recent event in Lagos and even unveiled him as an ambassador.
In fact, the Kano based club were already making plans for life with Yobo.
But the former Super Eagles skipper, in a tweet on Thursday,says he has not signed for Kano Pillars or any club in the NPFL yet.
