Match preview analysis of the UEFA Champions League final 2017

My Probable line-ups:

Gk: Buffon
Barzagli, Bonucci, Chellini
Dani Alves, Alex Sandro, Khedira, Pjanic, Dybala
Mario Mandzukic, Gonzalo Higuian
Going with a 3-5-2 formation.

Real Madrid:
Gk: Navas
Marcelo, Cavarjal, Varane, Ramos
Modric, Kroos, Casemiro
Ronaldo, Benzema, Isco
Going with a 4-3-3 formation with Gareth Bale on the bench.

Juventus, the old lady's as they are called, powered through to the finals with the best defensive record, conceding just 3 goals, all thanks to the consistent Barzagli, Bonucci and Chellini (BBC ITALIA). A defence with perfect understanding, experience and perfect reading of the game shielding Buffon, although with one error always expect the likes of Ronaldo to capitalize.

But a defence that shut out Barcelona over two legs will be a though nut to crack for Zinedine Zidane's side.

Real Madrid are a pure attacking side with the likes of Bale, Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo, (BBC Espana), but sometimes shaky at the back due to injuries which haven't been too nice with their defenders over the years, always shuffling the center back pairing between Ramos, Varane, Pepe and Nacho, who haven't really jelled as what we have seen BBC ITALIA do over the years.

What is key for both teams is to ensure the oil in the midfield engine doesn't run out. This match is indeed the battle of the midfield, forget the BBC's (they know how to take care of themselves).

Anyone who will decide the game is from the middle. BBC espana is fed by the midfield championed by Toni Kroos, Casemiro and Luka Modric (who for me is the best central midfielder in Europe after Xavi stopped active football).

With Juventus likely to go with a 5-man midfield with Alves and Sadro operating from the wings much duties will fall on Khedira, Pjanic and Dybala to ensure Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuian are well fed to cause any damage.

Comparing both teams midfield closely, tenacity is on-point, strength, perseverance and creativity are evidently present.

I wouldn't be surprised if it stretches into extra-time. Yes! Good for the viewers but not wished for by any of both teams supporters.

All we have to do is sit-back, relax and enjoy both teams do battle for the TRIO (JUVENTUS) or DOUBLE (REAL MADRID).
